Impact comes firstProgramadores do Amanhã exists to generate income and future prospects for black and indigenous youth. All our actions are focused on qualifying and preparing young people for the technology job market. Because we know that when a student becomes employed, their entire family structure is impacted, thus contributing to ending generational poverty.
We do it togetherProgramadores do Amanhã understands that challenges are collective and that together we are more capable. That's why we support each other because we care about each person who shares the journey with us. We know that our challenges are great, but together we can make the individual journey lighter and more enjoyable.
Genuinely in loveAll of us at Programadores do Amanhã are genuinely passionate about what we do because we understand that we are the means for the social change we want to see for all black and indigenous youth in Brazil.
Responsibility for resultsAll of us at Programadores do Amanhã are always looking to create new solutions and ways to increase our impact. We test and learn from the results, relying on data and indicators to understand how to evolve.
